Current Clients:

If you are a current client at our practice, please book and manage appointments ONLY through the ‘Manage Appointments’ option. You must use the email associated with your account — this will send you a secure code to log in. Logging in is required to cancel, reschedule, or book new appointments. Please do not book appointments without logging in, as this may cause scheduling issues.

New Clients:

Insurance information is needed at the time of booking in order to confirm coverage. All appointments are subject to cancellation if insurance cannot be verified. Insurance is subject to eligibility and claim coverage is determined at the time the claim is submitted.
